Martin writes ... The campsite in Estapona offered us the chance to catch
up on a few outstanding chores - esp. the biggest chore of sorting out the
rear of the Landy so that we could gain access to the cupboards and all
the essentials cooking items.
Rather than opt to pack up camp, we caught the local bus to the town of
Estapona. This provided us with the opportunity to access email and to do
some grocery shopping.

The port of Gibraltar, owned and governed by the British was accessed via
a border post. A quick flash of our British passports and we were through.
There are no border formalities so the process was very quick and
effortless.
A quick visit to Quick Fit tyre centre to check for any replacement tyres
for Steve's landy was followed by a walk to the town square and a meal of
fish & chips. Everything is very British in Gib, even payment in accepted
in GB Pounds. The one awesome thing about Gib is the cheap fuel. Diesel
only costs 0.46GBP compared to the 0.86GBP we pay in England.
