Last days in Ghana
Martin writes...

The primary objective for the day was to apply for our Nigerian visa.  However, upon arriving at the Nigerian border we were told that the embassy was closed because it was a Nigerian public holiday. Our dilemma was Togo - the country was about to have elections and we knew that the border would be closing over the weekend.

Chatting with Luca and Sameena, and going through the many options available we decided to push on to the Togo border. The usual Accra traffic caused an hours delay as we sat in a jam.

The border close to a village called Ho was very easy and little over 5min later we had exited Ghana and were on our way to Togo.
