Large herds of elephants
frequented the Okaukuejo Waterhole - the various large bull elephants
trumpeted their authority so that their herd could enjoy the waterhole
before allowing other herds to come near. Later that evening four black rhinos strolled towards the waterhole ... but they had to wait their turn after the elephants. It is truly amazing to witness the 'pecking order' within the animal community. |
