North to South Luangwa National Park
Martin writes... If there is an alternative route to get somewhere, we are generally the ones who will opt for it!  And so was the case for reaching the South Luangwa National Park.  The main route from Lusaka travels along the Great Eastern Road to Chipata and then turns North to Mfuwe, the park gate.

Our route started on the Great Eastern Road, but eventually we turned North at Petauke to travel along a gravel road to the park.  Its a great route and well worth the effort - see GPS Info
