Senga Bay
Martin writes... Another delightful spot summoned our attention.  This time it was Senga Bay - just a short hop from the capital Lilongwe - however, before we even reached the Lake we did a quick detour to the wood carvers.  This quick detour turned out to be a good two hour wood-work search.

We ended up with a baby Land Rover - made from Palm leaves, three chairs and two statues!  Enough to fill the rear of the Landy.

Three chairs for the price of one!

Cool Runnings Campsite

We opted to stay at the 'Cool Runnings' campsite rather than the alternative 'Steps'.  This proved to be a good decision because the wind began to howl that evening.  Cool Runnings is nicely tucked away from the open beach.

Steps Campsite - nice location but not if its windy
