We have decided to use Trailfinders for the travel insurance.  Total cost was £782 for both of us, for the full year. It provides cover for £5million.

Other jobs have included sorting out the keys and making sure we have enough copies and making sure all the keys fit the right locks.

Maggie, the Land Rover is ready to go, although I have been pondering whether I should replace the tyres now. The only advantage would be the fact that I would not have to replace any of the tyres throughout the trip. Watch this space for an updated report!
