The English Man
Following our Adventure Atlas we arrived close to a town called Bungweli where we were stopped and told that we could not proceed as Mole Park did not allow foreigners through the Northern entrance of the park.  We had taken a few days to reach this point so we patiently asked if there was a way to get to the main gate.  It was then agreed that we could take Adam, a ranger, with us as a guide.

Adam, a ranger in the park for close to 17 years was a Ghanian whose English was very limited.  He was very eager to show us the way as it would give him a chance to see his family in Mole.

Happy that we had entered the park

Adam eventually got nicknamed 'The English man' because of his lack of ability to speak English!

Nyanga Range welcomes us

The four rangers, Ibrahim, Christopher, William and Flava had been employed by Mole Park as rangers primarily to prevent poaching from the surrounding villages.
