6.5 Kilos
Running out of fresh supplies, we stopped at a local fishing village and purchased a 6.5kg Corbine fish - Michele named 'Hercules'. Our resident doctor Steve performed the 'surgery' and gutted the fish for dinner. 'Hercules' was  roasted over a bed of hot coals and went down a treat!!
